WHAT PACKAGING CAN BE CERTIFIED?
Packaging (*domestic, commercial and industrial) shall be eligible for the Certificate of Recyclability:
COMPLETE PRIMARY PACKAGING.
- Complete primary packaging (for example: bottle + label + cap)
PRIMARY + SECONDARY
- Set of primary and secondary or tertiary packaging (for example: bottles + film)
- Fabricantes de componentes de envase (solicitar información para evaluar su casuística).
*To be assessed and reflected in the assessments and certificates, according to the processes of the respective recycling stream (domestic, commercial or industrial).

The Recyclability Label may be included on the primary. (subject to exceptions approved by the technical committee of the label to ensure that it does not cause confusion to the final consumer).
The smallest sales unit (e.g. a cardboard box with a perfume in glass), may bear the Recyclability Label with the evaluation resulting from the set of all the packaging forming the unit (box + glass bottle). The primary packaging (of this set) may bear the corresponding Recyclability Label.
